It's very good. Can be folded and put in the freezer. It fits the neck and shoulders, but don't use it beyond 20 mins .

I have suffered from neck and shoulder pain for over ten years. This year I was diagnosed with a herniated disc. I have been in unbelievable pain and the smaller ice packs I had were just not giving me the relief I needed. So I found this one from magic gel and I'm so happy with it. It's so well made. Folds up to pop in the freezer drawer, freezes pretty quickly. Stays cold for ages. There's times I'd sit for nearly an hour and it's still giving me relief. I have already recommended to friends who need ice packs like this. Honestly it's the best one I have found.

Decent product and it does the job although the cooling effect didn’t last long. You might need a towel or something round the neck before you wear this as it starts off very cold in the skin.

Just the shape I require. It is effective for maintaining and retaining ice for 30 minutes and over. Bought a second one for my daughter.

I bought this to help with the heatwaves as I can't regulate my temperature due to chronic illness. I was massively disappointed as they only stay frozen for 10 minutes, and unlike many reviews (and ads for other ones you may have seen) they do NOT refreeze under the tap. 10 minutes of cooling relief, and then you've got a warm piece of plastic sticking to your neck, it's barely enough to cool you down inside the home, and definitely not long enough to go anywhere. A frozen flannel would honestly serve you better.

Nice and cooling

Purtroppo mi sono tentata di acquistarli, pur sapendo che non servono a nulla. Gli anelli con del gel si mettono nel freezer e poi si mettono attorno al collo. L'effetto dura pochissimo, tipo 20 minuti, il tempo che si scongela. La misura è regolabile così che non stringa troppo al collo. Non li consiglio.

Very happy with it. I bought it initially for my oldest daughter to cool down the allergic reaction in her neck from cowmilk. It soothes the itchiness and burning feeling very well. I ended up using it also for my youngest daughter who had high fever. What i like about it, is that you can shape it, even when it's frozen. I ended up buying a second one.
