The media could not be loaded.  The turtle has four different shapes and a button on top that activates the movement. The turtle would move around and pop up the shapes when it comes to a stop. Placing the shapes in their slots is completely irrelevant to activating the turtle. The turtle place "row row row the boat" music and cannot be changed. The turtle does a random walk and cannot really be guided or controlled as to where it heads. Toy requires 3 AA batteries. I got this for my daughter at 6 months old and she was very afraid of the turtle. She became less afraid of the turtle by around 1 years old. I like this a little bit more than the fisher price shape sorter because it is easier to place the shapes in their slots.

This product was great!! We love little tikes everything as we have four kids! At first my 14 month old was scared of it as it moves kinda fast for her and the pop at the end that discharges the shapes is kinda of loud but after a few times she loves it! Chases it all around the house. Took a while for it to get delivered to us but glad it finally made it

My 6 month old was scared of it at first (the "pop" is a little loud) but now he likes to watch it. He is a little young for it still since he can't really go after it yet.Sometimes the little shapes fall out before you can get it going which can be a little annoying. All in all a fun toy that my son will be able to play with for awhile.

I bought this to help my 18 month old sort shapes because the shape sorter he had didn't interest him since he could just take the top off and put them in the bucket. He loves that it moves but I took a star off because the shapes fall out easily.

Such a cute toy. My son loves it, but as some of the other reviewers stated, a couple of the shapes do not stay put and sometimes fall out before they are supposed to pop out. Regardless, it's great to promote crawling. We have carpet and it still rolls around great.

My 9 month old loves this toy! The only problem that I see is that there's not really an "off" button. Also, I wish that the toy would switch directions when it hits a wall or bumps into carpet. It just kind of gets stuck.

Very cute toy but the shapes don't stay in the toy that we'll. My nephew (9 months) wound up playing with the turtle and the shapes. Just not at the same time. He likes how the turtle moves. He likes the colorful shapes.

Its a cute toy, and our daughter loves chasing it around and when the shapes pop out. But the shapes don’t always stick in right, and sometimes fall out as it’s moving.
