This is nice and attractive and I like that it has a lot of hanging hooks but, it is very small and light weight. It would be better if it was larger so it can hold all the mail.

My husband used to throw his stuff all over and then couldn’t find his keys/wallet/ring. Now they all go right here when he is home and it is super cute. Love it.

It's really pretty. Also very SMALL! does not come with anything to hang the item which is fine. Came with a few scuffs on the wood and I spent about 20 minutes picking off excess pieces of the wood or whatever around the edges where the pieces connect just to make the product look decent. A couple of the corners are chipped. There are a lot of scrapes on the back of it which is not a big deal because obviously it will be hanging on the wall and you won't be able to see it but I guess it's just the point that it's a brand new product. It also came Dusty or dirty and I had to clean it which I found very strange. The hooks are not completely straight either. Overall it does the intended job but definitely could have been put together with a little more love.

There is no doubt that this is "cute" but the pocket holder & shelf are kind of useless if you want your guests to always see the "Home" Lettering & Doves. My mom loved the look of it, but as far as practical everyday use, anything covering it would look tacky. I attached an image for the seller to look at. The pic on the left is the original image.

Bought it because I love the look and the size was ideal for the space I wanted to hang it on. I wanted it for the key hooks but the little shelves are handy for other little things (chapstick, sun glasses) you might want to grab before heading out.Letters can fit in the slot but they would block the “home” letters but not a bit deal either.It’s just adorable I think.

This is a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be. Other than that, it is super adorable & I love it! I returned it just because we found one that has larger hooks to hold bags or coats. The hooks on this were bit too small & I’m not sure it could hold up much weight.

Doesn’t seem like it would hold very much but it’s super cute!

I bought this specifically for the key holder part and the looks. The only bag thing I would say is that the letter holder is a little small it will not hold much mail, mostly for looks. But I still love this and it is great for keys.

Really disappointing as it has arrived damaged, the top edge of the H is bent back and broken, it’s is very noticeable, I noticed it as soon as I opened the box, and as it isn’t proper wood the under colour is nothing like the outside colour
