Easy to build, good instruction, used and good results, really like easy raising of charcoal to increase heat

Nice and compact and looks good once assembled. Takes a bit of putting together but instructions are clear

Great BBq for the price. Took some assembly as came flat packed. About an hour!! Instructions are very clear to follow. One hole was out of line so left bolt out. Nice and sturdy once all nuts and bolts are tightened up. Usefull having the two folding shelves, saves space in the shed! Very light and easy to move around.

I hate flat pack with a passion it’s worst than a three putt from two feet however I found this product easy to assemble following the clear instructions looks really nice and for the price I’m delighted thank you

BBQ was a pain to assemble, very fiddly and some screws did not fully screw in and in this case the ash collection tray would not seat correctly. Generally seems ok quality, time will tell. Main problem was the delivery by DPD. Initially got messages saying delivery attempted when it hadn't. Tried rescheduling, same thing happened. DPD say it was Amazon systems. Eventually arrived a week later. Seller decides on courier, so is on them.

Several issues with this product unfortunately! Firstly it said 'next day delivery' and this is one of the reasons why it was bought, however it didn't tun up until day 3. Secondly the instructions for assembly are poor and when assembled it's not as sturdy as you would expect for the price. There was also several small areas of damage to the grill and side pieces (chip marks and bent edges). Small grilling section as the cooking area and space for charcoal is far smaller than the bbq itself. My partner is a very seasoned and experienced barbequer and it was used once and not impressed at all and not used again since...he's gone back to the old £30 one from home bargains which is a far better bbq. Don't waste your money.

This is the third VonHaus BBQ I've purchased and I've been extremely happy. They have excellent build quality, they take me longer to put together than the quoted time but I don't do it often. I've found the key to making it sturdy it's making multiple passes on the screws as the tighter you make all of them the better. The movable coal rack makes it easy to get the finish you desire and the temperature guage makes it easy to monitor without opening the lid constantly. The older BBQs that my friends have contain zero rust. They're all covered, so if you look after them - they last!! You have to get smoking wood chips as it makes a huge difference and makes it fun experimenting with different types. I first bought the large and loved it, it's ideal if you only really use it when you have guests or you have a larger household. My wife and I then went travelling, so I gifted it to friends who still use it and love it 5 years on. I then bought another large for a friend who still uses it and absolutely loves it. Now I've bought the smaller size. The reason for this is that I find that I use it regularly to cook dinner in the summer and it's generally just my wife and I. The smaller size means I use less coal and wood chips and it's less to clean. Last night I cooked for 5 and I just made it multiple courses and dished out as it were ready.

Le montage est assez simple grâce à la notice claire, et une fois installé, il est très pratique à utiliser. La qualité des matériaux semble solide et robuste, ce qui donne confiance pour une utilisation sur le long terme. La cuisson est vraiment efficace : la chaleur se répartit bien sur la grille et les aliments cuisent parfaitement. Le design est également très sympa et apporte un bel aspect dans le jardin ou sur la terrasse. C’est idéal pour partager de bons moments en famille ou entre amis. Je tiens aussi à remercier le vendeur pour sa réactivité et son sérieux. Il a répondu rapidement à mes questions et le service a été impeccable du début à la fin. C’est toujours appréciable d’avoir un vendeur aussi professionnel et attentif à ses clients. Je recommande ce produit sans hésitation !

Der Karton sah von außen reichlich ramponiert aus, aber die Teile innen waren nochmals sehr gut verpackt. Sehr gut fand ich, dass die Schrauben und sonstigen Kleinteile nochmals einzeln verpackt und mit Buchstaben gekennzeichnet waren. Diese waren in der Aufbauanleitung angegeben und haben den Zusammenbau erheblich vereinfacht. Knifflig war eigentlich nur der Einbau und die Fixierung der Kohleschale. Alle Teile und Schrauben waren vollständig und haben auf Anhieb gepasst. Ein kleines Problem war nur DPD. Sie haben es leider bei mir noch nie geschafft, eine Lieferung pünktlich zuzustellen, was anderen Lieferanten regelmäßig und oft auch vorfristig gelingt, obwohl ich in einem Dorf wohne.

Das montieren war etwas aufwendig.Alles in Einzelteile.Aber ein super Grill.
