Ariat Men's Groundbreaker Wide Square Toe Steel Toe Work Boot

Boots fit perfect on both feet. Great leather quality, nice and soft. No break in period! Very comfortable. Wearing them even when not at work!

Bought size 11 fit tight at first but after walking around a bit it stretched the boots and now feel better. Boot quality is very good, leather is rough and tough, very satisfied.

This is my 3rd pair of Ariat Ground breakers but this pair I decided to get the waterproof version so they wouldn't breakdown as much when getting them wet. Waterproof version has a lot more padding or insulation inside, very tight, had to go 1/2 size larger and hard to get on off with out lining coming out. Also I found them to be much warmer than regular ground breaker. So warm that I can only wear them in fall/winter. I will go back to regular Ariats with out the water proofing.

I use these for plumbing so the waterproofing feature is a huge plus that works. So far 2 days in they are comfortable and look good. Slip on and off with ease.

Ordered this item under the impression from the pictures it would be camoflage pattern and they were not. They were a design pattern with red/blue/gold coloring. Had to return and reorder a different design as it was not what my husband wanted.

I went to a physical store to try on boots before I bought, so I had the luxury of getting to know the brand before I bought it. Ordering one half size smaller was what I learned by trying on boots at the physical store. This allowed me to order boots and get the right size the first time. If you normally wear a size 9 wide, order an 8.5 EE, and you won't be disappointed. I love the fit. I love the fact that they are steel toe which is required where I work. I love that I am not bent over for 10 minutes every morning lacing up my boots any more. I can get my dressed in under a minute and be walking toward the door, ready to take on the day. I am an Ariat fan for life!

These are my sons second pair of the steel toes the first pair he wore for 2 years and loved, these he started off loving and now not even 2months and he can’t wear them because insides have detached from actual boot so if he gets boot on its very hard to get off…disappointed for $300 that they are basically garbage
