Sterilite 8-Pack Gasket Box, Weather-Resistant Storage Bins with Latching Lids, 80 Quart

I rarely leave ratings on Amazon although I've been a Prime member for around 12 years. I'm not going to list things like build quality,fit etc cetera. I will tell you why I purchased 24 of these and likely more in the future: these work perfectly to store all of my filament boxes. I store 4 to a container and add a bag of desiccant in each one. All of my filament stays dry while being stored. I believe the filament will stay flexible stored this way much longer than just keeping it in the box it came in.

These boxes were perfect for the purpose I had in mind--storing/freezing Christmas cookies. They arrived promptly, but the one at the bottom of the box was damaged and useless. I knew that Amazon would ask me to return the whole set, but I needed to use them the day after I received them, so I wrote a note that went straight to the vendor. A representative emailed me almost immediately, asking for a photo of the damaged item and the carton in which it was shipped. I sent the requested photos, and have been assured that a replacement box is on the way. My experience was so good that I am about to order another set.

From the photos, it looks like the seal is weak and it would allow out to see power but this is not the case. The handles are very strong and hold the lid down extremely well. The seal is about a quarter of an inch thick and vacuum sales everything on the inside. I highly recommend this. I only wish it was slightly cheaper.

UPDATE BELOW.....I like these. Because they are shallow. They lids are gasketed so they will keep things safe. For what I needed - they are perfect. I would purchase these again. They arrived quickly along with some other things I had ordered in good condition - nothing broken - edges, lids etc. They seem to be a little bit weightier than others that I have purchased in the past. They seem stronger, like they will last longer. Fingers crossed. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. I've had really good luck with these arriving in good shape. Unfortunately I ordered 6 sets of 4 recently - and two containers were totally crushed in two separate boxes. I sent photos to the seller. Each box is $15.50 - so I'm out $31.00. They first offered only $15. Then $16. And it would be applied to my original purchase method (my Amazon credit card) in 3-5 days. The other option is to return each entire set - even tho only 1 of each of the 2 sets was crushed! I had another two sets of 4 in my cart ready to order IF I got my money back for the 2 containers that had been crushed. I certainly don't plan to order any more at this point as the customer service is so very poor. I will keep this review carefully updated. At this point I do NOT recommend you purchase these tubs from this seller.

I've had a smaller variety of these clear gasket storage boxes for many years and they hold up well, with the gasket not apparently degrading for at least 10 years. These new totes I purchased were the 120L ones with wheels and a handle. They seem great so far. Large capacity and both the totes and lids seem sturdy. They do nest inside each other for storage when empty, so they take up a lot less space if you're only using them for temporary storage.I plan to use these to store off-season clothing and other items in my garage to relieve the limited storage space in my house. The gaskets on these are nice to exclude the bugs and other critters you might encounter in a garage, so I feel that these will be an excellent storage solution.The only issue I had with this order was that one of the two boxes I received (I ordered a 6-pack, so it arrived as two boxes of three) had damage to the totes. All three lids in that box were cracked - some so badly that the plastic on one corner had shattered and left large holes in the lid, as well as one of the totes being badly cracked as well. Several of the handles had fallen off as well, although those could probably have been put back in place. Oddly enough, there was no obvious damage to the cardboard shipper box. I believe the plastic these totes are made of may just be a bit brittle, so I recommend using caution when moving them to avoid dropping them - especially on edges or corners - on hard surfaces, especially in the cold.The seller was very good about resolving my issue quickly, however, so I am hopeful that I will receive a replacement box with three totes without damage in a day or two.

I love these bins and I own over 30 of them but this last batch I ordered had 2 of them with 8 of the latches not attached and were just laying in the top bin (I had 2 orders of the 4 bins). It was so hard to get them on but I finally was able to get one on one of them and 3 on the other one but I still have 4 that will not go on!! It’s very frustrating- I’m hoping that someone will be able to get them on. I certainly can’t.That said these are excellent bins!! I love the way they stack / I love that they are not too big that they don’t get too heavy when fully loaded. They are an easy size to carry also. They are too high for older beds but fit under newer - higher beds easily.

I fit 3 on a wide, wire storage rack shelf for my kid's toys. 6 on 2 shelves.Clear, cheap, good lids and latches.No problems with cracks.All 6 are full of toys.I filled one with water to soak my foot. It took the weight without breaking or warping much.But I haven't dropped one yet.

I am appreciative that all of the bins and lids were securely packed and received without any damage.

I like that this product will protect my Investment from insects and rodents. I have hundreds of dollars of investments in materials that I wish to store that need protection from insects and rodents.these sturdy air sealed containers will save my family money

These are large weather sealed bins with convenient wheels to move them around. Mine arrived in good time and great condition, no issues, --however, they are a little more flimsy than expected. But, so far so good.

One of the 12 arrived broken - seller Spreetail was excellent in replacing same. One latch had come off another bin - I restored it with the help of a little heat and a flat blade screwdriver.

Entiendo venían 4 cajas y sólo llego 1.
