My nephew is seven and just graduating from the lego kit building stage. I found this model to be a good step up where he learned how to read a diagram that was not too complicated and although some bits were fiddly, he finished the car in a couple of hours and was beaming with pride.

good item that is good value. kids will love to build there own car. size and quality look good.

good looking models, better end result than I expected from a clip together kit, almost like lego to build, some of the transfers can be a little tricky to apply, obviously not as detailed as a high end diecast model but great value for around £10 to £15

This is a really clever design. The precision is incredible. Both companies, Airfix and Lego are famous for their quality and precision, and they take it to the limit with these products. Every single piece fits perfectly (after a bit of a fiddle sometimes), but the finished model is an exquisite example of how to create a lifelike model. The best bit is that if you make a mistake you can take it all apart, or just some of the pieces to re-assemble. It's a great way for youngsters to learn how to follow a plan or instructions precisely, and then take it apart if they wish. Lego provide the construction parts, and Airfix provide the high finish parts. You have to see it to believe it..!

It was a very nice kit and easily to follow instructions, very detailed, a good quality from airfix a good addition to anyone collecting these kits

This E-Jaguar kit makes a lovely, solid, weighty, super model, though much more difficult in assembly than the three warplanes my grandson made last year. However, please note: (a) separating components from the moulding sheet either calls for vertical-cut clippers (as shown in the 'desirable accessories' sheet) or a very sharp modelling knife (not for a 6+ year old child as advertised); (b) the plastic is a tad more yielding than trad Lego parts (softer polymer?) and so the fit is less firm – needing more dexterity in assembly; (c) a missing part (headlamp section - as noted in other reviews) made assembly tough until we inserted a Lego 2x4 rectangle under the bonnet. Happily, Amazon speedily made good the missing part on request and rebuilding was then easy. Particularly noteworthy are the self-adhesive transfers, needing careful application using tweezers, which my grandson really enjoyed doing.

ich habe mir das Modell für meine Gartenbahn bestellt - der Maßstab passt zusammen. Zudem mag ich die Marke JAGUAR. Was ich hier geliefert bekommen habe, hat mich restlos begeistert. Der Zusammenbau ist wie LEGO, die gleiche Idee mit den Klemmbausteinen, nur mit passenden Innenteilen und Karosserie. Schnell zusammengebaut, nichts mußte entgratet werden, selbstklebende, vorgeschnittene Aufkleber, tolle Gummireifen mit Beschriftung - was will man mehr! Dazu eine leichtverständliche Montagenaleitung. Meine absolute Empfehlung.

There aren't many toys / models of the Jaguar I-pace, and when I seen this, I had to have it. Very high quality.
