As per claim a product that lives up to its claimsh

Good quality but - big but...
The description did not make clear that the hooks to attach the hanging gadget to a picture rail would not fit a traditional rail - which is what I am having put in this week. I considered gettng the specialist rail The rail it is made for is not on Amazon, so I googled the manufacturer - the rail is not on their website either. I am guessing it has gone out of production and the hanging bits are being sold off on Amazon. I'm prising all the hooks off the cord as that was cheaper than a return and buying an alternative.
