Quality is just like all my other Schoville pans. Not too heavy but nothing sticks in this whilst frying. Easy to wash clean.

My faithful old frying pan was past its sell-by date so I started looking around for a new pan (or two). After a visit to my local cookware store, I was expecting to pay around £50 for something that could go in the oven. I came across a review in one of the newspapers which spoke highly of this brand and for £23 it seemed worth a shot. Just a note that there are two product lines EXPERT and PERFORMANCE. I chose the latter because it can be used in the oven up to 260c.I'm writing this after the first use because some of the reviews mentioned how rubbish the non-stick was. So I was a little concerned that the pan and my eggs would become permanently attached! Happily, I can say that the pan works perfectly. It's early days and I do a lot of cooking so I'll report back with an update in a month or so.

Using for 3 months, cooking 2-3 times per day. Non-sticking does not work as good as it used to. Warped (convex) base. Generally, not worse than expensive £100+ frying pans in terms of durability of non-sticking layer. Good for the money.

CANT EMPATHISE ENOUGH HOW GREAT THIS PRODUCT IS, SINCE BUYING THIS PAN I HAVE BOUGHT THIS MAKE OF UTENSILS, THERE CAKE TINS BUN TINS AND YORKSHIRE PUDDING TINS, AND MY AIR FRYER WENT OFF SO OF COURSE I BOUGHT THIS MAKE OF AIR FRYER. AND IT DOES WHAT IT STATES IT DOES NOT STICK. YES I LOVE ❤️ 😍 THIS BRAND AND TELL EVERYONE ABOUT IT. THIS BRAND DOES WHAT IT STATES. AND DOESNT LET YOU DOWN.

This pan was a real disappointment, it’s base was not flat so never made contact with the heat. Such a shame as all the other products from this company have been just amazing.

I really like this frying pan I have quite a few products like this they are excellent for their non stick qualities.You can cook on a much lower heat and the food does not lose heat.Buy with confidence you will not be disappointed.

I used to change non stick frying pans every year. This one lasted 3-4 and the coating still looks ok compared with the other pans at the end of their life. It was sticking but didn't have scratches. I bought the same. Highly recommended.
