Made our Thanksgiving turkey incredible
I used this injectable marinade on our Thanksgiving turkey and it was a huge hit. I injected both the butter and the jalapeño versions throughout the bird, and the flavor was unreal. The turkey stayed incredibly moist, and the seasoning was evenly distributed all the way through instead of just sitting on the surface. The butter adds rich flavor without being greasy, and the jalapeño gives just the right amount of heat. It’s flavorful but not overpowering, so even people who don’t usually like spicy food still enjoyed it.
