Q: How flexible is “super flexible”? looking for an alternative to 3M ultra flexible sandpaper to sand small cracks in wood with soft sander Blocks.

I only sanded on flat surface with thus sandpaper. But it is durable and held up well. But nothing beats 3m when I need to grind for 3 hours straight.

Q: Can this be cut in half to make 4.5 x 5.5, quarter sheet sandpaper and get twice as many sheets?

Easily, I usually cut the sheets into pieces. I haven't actually measured the size when I cut them in half. Make sure you back paper side and on the sand part. I use a straight edge and utility knife.
