After trying shock doctor and cheap old school mouthpieces, this is the only one that my 6 (almost 7) year old said didn't hurt his mouth. I was worried about it hitting his chin strap on his helmet but it fits perfect. Only downside is that it's only been a few weeks and one side is already pretty mangled up from him chewing on it. Hopefully it will last all season but if not I will buy him another one.

My son loves it only thing.. the part that goes on the face mask that connects to the mouth piece so it doesn't get lost .. Broke too Easy?!?! So he was left with taken it out holding it till he has to put it back in

I bought two ! One has a small rip already but otherwise they are great. Love that you don't have to boil.

My 8 year old plays lacrosse and of course is required to wear a mouth guard. Last year he had the one that molded to your teeth and he hated it. He was pleased with this one and didn't fuss about wearing it. It held up well and the best part is he. An use it for multiple seasons since it's not molded to his teeth. As a child's teeth move and change the other guards are rendered useless after time. The only drawbacks and they weren't really too much of a problem and definitely not that of the manufacturer, was that he had trouble getting it through the face mask if his helmet and couldn't drink out of the hole on breaks. I would recommend this to any parent whose child plays a sport requiring a mouth guard.

My son is 6 years old and it fits him for those that wondering if it fits kids. My son also has a small mouth, no trimming was necessary. Be warned, to get the huge air opening in the front, there is nothing for your front upper and lower teeth to rest on. Basically you upper and lower molars rests on a thick pad to prevent your teeth from banging into each other. I tried it myself, and when biting as hard as I could, I barely got my front upper and lower teeth to touch.

Great product. This product was bought for my son for football season. He has not once complained about it like he has other products in the past. He has said he likes this product and that it is practical and useful for him in football. He said it fits properly. Overall pleased with this product.

Battle puts out great stuff, that’s why we buy them every year. This one just happened to break pretty quickly. I’m sure it was just a fluke though.
