After two years
After two years it began making additional noise when chiming. Before then I loved it.

Not expensive looking clock
Sent it back it came damaged. We got it on sale but it looked like it was made out of particle board. Did not look expensive even at the sale price. Not what I expected. Jeanann

This looked like a nice, classy, well-made wall clock. However, upon unboxing it and seeing it up close, while the pendulum is made of thin metal, the back of it is cheap plastic. The backing to the clock barely fit, and felt insubstantial. I expected something of higher quality.

Got it for my mom's birthday
My mom cried when she saw this beautiful clock! It chimes on the hour, quartley and on the half hour. Beautiful addition to her dining room. It delivered within a few days of ordering and was packaged very nicely. It took her all but 20 minutes to get it together and up on the wall! The sound is beautiful too. Definitely recommend.
