I feel such a difference using these. Not pregnant but preparing for my body to get pregnant in the future. Really great and never make me nauseous .

this is my point of view so do your research beforehand and then use this. These caps have all that you need before, during, and after pregnancy. this has been confirmed by our OB. it has everything a pregnant women needs. It also has Ginger as one of the ingredeints. which helps calm your stomach down. I just wished that the seller posts a picture or a list of all the ingedeints these caps have, I bet it will sell more once people are confident in what they are getting. Seller please think about this if you are serious about selling this. this is not just beniffiting you as seller but it also benifits the buyers to know what the caps have in them. Think about this. If I had not known a person who have used them and had a healthy delivery I would not even try them out. I would like to know what is in it and confirm with the doctor so that I do not harm my baby or myself.

I was taking another prenatal got a while, but that one had a horrible fishy taste. The company kept sending me emails that they were sold out. So I looked at the paperwork my midwife had given me for supplements and herbs. She suggested Vitanica prenatals. I'm so happy I switched. Still getting all the good ingredients, minus the fishy taste!

Love this prenatal! This was recommended to me by a naturopath. I tried a few different prenatal vitamins before this one, but they always upset my stomach. I’ve had zero issues with this vitanica prenatal. I love that this includes folate (not folic acid like many other prenatals), iodine, and red raspberry leaf. The only thing I wish it had was choline, but that doesn’t change the fact that I would still buy this again. Great bang for the buck, as this includes several high-quality nutrients for a reasonable price.

During my first pregnancy I took regular 1 a day prenatals and they were the one thing that would make me sick. Also, even though our first child was healthy and full-term, my water broke too long before the rest of my body was ready to deliver so I ended up having a c-section. I used these with my second pregnancy and never got sick and even with a long labor, my water didn't break until just before delivery. I'm not certain they were THE reason for a stronger bag but I know they helped.

This product contains vitamin D2. The synthetic version of D3. I was rather disappointed by this, but I think that is the only lab created one in the list. It does contain the real B9 Folate acid rather than the fake one Folic acid, and I was glad to see this.

My personal experience with these haven't been all that great - I don't feel good taking them. However, I will use them up postpartum.

Love them. I felt a difference in my energy within a week of taking them.
