There easy to take chewable and taste good

This is the tastiest vitamin gummy I have tried. It is just like candy with no artificial taste. I would prefer it to have less calories, though. 20 calories per serving (2 gummies) is high. It does not have to taste so sweet.Note: I am vitamin D deficient and have to take a supplement, and it has proven to be beneficial in preventing catching cold which I previously used to get every year. This gummy would be a good thing, assuming it is as effective as regular pill.

I wanted my grown son to start taking this to help boost his immune system since he has an essential job and can't stay home. I figured I would have better luck if I just shoved some tasty gummies at him every day, so I bought these. He did side eye me a little, but he's taking them. lol I take the oil pills myself, and a much higher dose, but I tried these and they have a good flavor.

These are little, tasty gummies, hardly larger than a pencil eraser but much better tasting. Just eat however many you need for the dose your doctor recommends. If you don't want to chew them, you can let them melt in your mouth. Definitely not just for kids. I had terrible issues with esophagitis, and solutions like this helped me avoid all kinds of trouble.

My wife is preferential towards gummy vitamins (aren't we all?) and we love the fact that they deliver a solid product that not only delivers a good absorbable supplement but also actually tastes good too! Great value and quality.5 stars!
