Brilliant
Just moved to SPD cleats in a Road bike. Was afraid of not being unable to clip out quickly. These are so easy to use and cleat in. Brilliant

Good & what I now know..
Ok there must be a few people out there wondering if they should switch to clipless pedals. I commute by bike in London 😬 and had tried clipless some years ago but reverted to toe clips after several near misses at traffic lights.A new bike (needing pedals) made me reconsider. I had in fact just bought some pedals and metal strapless toe clips from Amo which were good but a bit short so I was using my toes too much. Also any toe clips can distract you as you try to spin them round to get the clip up and foot in. Occasionally you end up trying to pedal on top of the clip and occasionally it’s scraping along the ground. So I tried these BUT with the M multi release cleats which you have to buy separately and come out more easily and in pretty much any direction. I have not yet tried the original cleats. I set them as loose as they would go which means your feet move around a tiny bit but they did not let go even when pedalling hard. They are easily to click into, in fact I worry that in stop start traffic I might end up clicked in when I don’t want / expect to be! Most importantly they are very easy to get out of even unexpectedly. No near misses yet ..
