Really good dies
So just bought a Ruger 357. The guns are now available, but the ammo in 38 special +P and 357 is expensive and rare. I already reload. Purchased these dies and reloaded about 350 rounds of 38 special +P and 357 mag. My accuracy is outstanding and my cost is about one dollar less per round than store bought ammo in 357. For 38 Special +P its about $1.20 per round less than store bought ammo. The best part is: I have quality ammunition when none is available.

This is the .38 Special Carbide 4-Die Set is one of the best values on the market. It includes the shell holder, powder measure scoop, powder threw die, the full length sizing die, bullet seating die, and the the factory crimp die. The instructions include all of the instructions and information you will need for loading not only .38 Special but also .357 Magnum. This die set is like getting two sets of dies in one. I have many of Lee Dies for pistol and rifle rounds. They are one of the best, if not the best die manufacturing companies anywhere. This set is highly recommended. Well worth a full five star review.

Carbide is worth it
Not having to lube the cases saves a lot of time. I’ve used this for set to load about 500 rounds and I’ve not had any issues with this set. Just like my other Lee sets— this has got what you need. I’m not a huge fan of the collet style decapping pin retainer, because I feel I’m always tightening them down. However, it does avoid bending or breaking the pin of I hit a off-center flash hole.
