Yes, I have the Nikon D3300 with 55-300 lens attached, and the standard lens, but plenty of room for two large lens, and additional storage in zip compartment. Very strong Velcro dividers. Very good investment. Took it on trip to the Scottish highlands. Will keep camera dry even in the rain.
