Confidence Fitness Inversion Table, Black

This is the first inversion table I have ever owned or even tried, but it completely meets my expectations based on the price and features. I'm not sure what the higher priced brands can really add for the money. I have had the Confidence Pro for a week now and I can tell a difference in the way my back feels. I actually don't feel it much at all, and that's a good thing. I typically hang almost completely upside down for 5-10 minutes morning and night and it does the job. Much sturdier construction than I would have expected. The assembly instructions must have been improved since some of the other comments were written, because I had no trouble at all putting it together in less than an hour. I would recommend putting this in a room where it can stay set up all the time. It will fold up, but it doesn't get completely flat, so I wouldn't try storing it under a bed. This is a small price to pay for the benefits it provides.

Don't use this as much as I expected, but it works well. A couple times it has helped me get everything back in alignment. I do not go full vertical upside down - but even at 45 degrees there is some serious force pulling your back into alignment. Getting back up could be easier but it is adjustable so that may be just my lack of attention to fine tuning it. Assembly not a snap, but not unreasonably difficult. One thing - it is large and not easily stored. Once it is assembled it is not going anywhere, so put it where you have the space and don't expect to put in a closet or fold up. This is as advertised so it isn't a complaint - but it is a factor.

Gets the job done. It's cheap and you can tell by the construction that it is. It has helped me decompress my back after a long day of waiting tables and loading and unloading trucks and vans. I am satisfied, but would have preferred a higher quality one. If you are on a tight budget like I was, this will do just fine.

It broke after the first use. I would not recommend this. The eyelet that holds the strap on broke off.

Table works great and I have noticed a difference within the first few days. Only drawback is that the instructions to assemble the item are not very clear. All you get is a little picture that is very grainy and it's not explained. I was able to decipher it after a bit but the instructions could be better. Other than that the quality of the product is great and the results are positive. Plus for this price it's worth it to buy this one just to see how your body responds before working up to an expensive table. Make sure you do wear shoes while doing it as the padding on the bars doesn't off a whole lot as you're hanging by your feet.

I purchased this for someone who broke his back a few years ago. They currently still suffer from back pain. After short periods of use, this product helped his back pain to subside. The table is strong, sturdy, and easy to use and get on and off of. We are very satisfied with this purchase.

Seems great, but a couple weeks of normal use and the canvas tote at a seam, I'm not a heavy person.I just want a replacement canvas but can't find a way to contact Confidence Fitness

I bought this for my husband after i did some research about inversion tables being good for sciatic nerve pain. The articles said these were great for sciatic back pain. My husband has used it twice now and loves it (our 4 year old likes it too) lol I had used one in the past and thought they were super cool but my husband had not so I bought this because it was under $100 and free shipping. Great price and great piece of equipment to have. We are very satisfied with this product. Also it got to our house very fast!
