I loved the taste, and I am also a big fan of the fact that it is fair trade. I read an article once where a young boy who had been forced into child labor on cocoa farms was interviewed, and he mentioned how he felt like every time someone was eating chocolates produced from farms like his, he felt like they were eating his flesh. Made my cry, and made me think of things in a new light. I'm not always perfect in my purchasing, but that is why I try to go fair trade on my chocolates and cocoa powder when I can. And I have often found those items have a superior taste. Not always, but often.
