I used these to replace the pads on my SEN GSP 302 and they are an excellent fit. Really improved the feel of the headphones and actually are better than the original component from both look and feel. My old pads had split at the seams over time and were pretty raggedy and these breathed in new life at a relatively low cost. Would recommend!

These pads are definitely thicker than the originals. The leather material definitely feels better comfort and durability wise.They were very easy to get on if you're just not afraid to pull on them.The extra padding doesn't seem to make them more comfortable right away, but I will have to wait for a long gaming session and breaking them in a bit to know for sure.I have comfort and durability rated at 4 stars right now only because those are things that I can't be 100% sure on right away, but I plan to update in a few weeks after they really get tested.

a little hard to get on but just as comfortable as the ones the headset came with.i wouldnt hesitate to buy them again if they fail in the future.

I'm wearing these as I type this. They are so much nicer than the stock earpads on the GSP 370. More padding, less heat trapping. I was also surprised how easy they were to install. I was very upset when the ear cups started falling apart on my all-time favorite gaming headphones. I'm very happy I can renew them for so low a price. Extremely satisfied.

Since the Sennheiser/EPOS business has said they are "winding down" their gaming headset division to focus on enterprise business, you can no longer get replacement earphones directly from the manufacturer.These are a fantastic replacement for my GSP 370's (although the installation video included with the documentation does not mention GSP 370 model they are a perfect fit).I hope the seams on these last longer than my OEM replacements did. I have consistently had to replace my ear pads every 6 months, previously using direct-from-mfg ear pads. These do include a 365 day warranty, so even if they do fray within my usual replacement time-period, they should get replaced by AHG (Accessory House Global).There is an upgraded model with velour on the main part of the headset, which may help with ear-overheating during long sessions, however the protein leather version seems to do just fine.If these do fray before a year, I'll update this review, but so far, so good. Definitely as-advertised and a great price compared to OEM replacement ($35)!

Out of the box they are more comfortable than the original pads. It may be because they are new and the old ones needed replaced. Will update if the comfort changes or they are less durable.

I'm embarrassed that I waited this long to replace my busted, literally crumbling earpads... Basically you can just pop out your old ones and replace them with the new ones. They stretch over a little ledge and then you're all set! I had to fight a little to get them on but it only took a couple minutes and now my headset looks brand new. The new cushions are larger than the default and just as comfortable

If the ear pads are the only thing showing wear and tear from use.. then these are a good buy. They are very comfortable. It feels bad paying 20$ ish dollars (price when I bought) but it’s worth it.I don’t have issues with sweating or anything temperature related but I’m cold natured so..
