This dispenser is very strong for a gel dispenser. It shoots the gel siap or sanitizer like a rocket! It has 3 options for the amount of product you want. The sensor is good also, but not too sensitive like some others, where you're 1 foot away and it dispenses. It work from about 3 inches and works well. It uses AA batteries, but as with most of these dispensers, there is a design flaw -- there is no waterproof gasket or barrier from getting the internal components from getting damaged. But all in all, you can use it for hand sanitizer or soap gel.

I put 4 stars for motion detection, because sometimes I've had to put my hand out more than once, so it's not perfect, but overall, the item works well. After two weeks on one set of rechargable batteries (kind of old ones) it started being sluggish and then stopped working... I replaced the batteries, and then still could not turn it on. After a while, I realized that you have to manually turn it back on, by LONG PRESSING the On button, not just pressing it. Yay! Back to working condition. I've used it a few times a day for a month now, and no problems.

I like this very much. I love the fact that you can adjust the outflow amount at four different levels. It looks pretty. If anything it's a little too sensitive because if I go to move it the soap always comes out. I have to remember to grab it from the back. It works very well so far though. Would recommend.

Love this thing. It's easy to turn on/off, fill with soap(they say dilute foam soap), and adjust the amount of soap dispensed. Also they say you can use for lotion, sanitizer. I've only used for soap. I've owned two Lysol auto soap dispensers before this and they were finicky. Water got in the battery compartment somehow. The sensor was to close to soap dispenser leading to sensor not working till you cleaned it. And you had to buy there soap only. We've been using this for a month or so and it's still great. Easy to fill. No sensor issues.

So it started off great....but after a few months of use it's started to seep out the bottom. We've been using it with Grove liquid soap so nothing crazy but as you can see from the pics it's coming through the cracks. It's not enough to ever drop on the counters but developes a gross film all around the seams at the bottom. Other than that? Works great, looks great and hasn't had any issues.Update - Soap leaking became worse and more frequent and now it just stopped working completely. Green light comes on as if it were working, but nothing comes out. Soap is full and batteries were replaced. Do NOT recommend this product.

Great dispensers. Tank is almost twice the size of the other ones out there. Like being able to adjust the amount that comes out. Also works with hand sanitizer gel. Only 2 problems with item description. One is that it needs AA batteries, NOT AAA, and the other is that the wall mount bracket that is in the pictures looks metal, but the one that gets sent is pretty flimsy plastic. When a full dispenser is attached to it, it bends under the weight. Will see how long it takes before it breaks.Updated 9/26/2020When I initially ordered these, it was during the quarantine due to COVID, so the mounting bracket was plastic. When I contacted seller, they told me that due to COVID, their factory was closed, but to reach out to them in a couple of months and they should have metal ones available. I contacted them in early September, and sure enough, they had the metal ones that they sent to me at no charge and I had them less than a week later. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. And btw, the dispensers are all still working great dispensing hand sanitizer in my offices.

Really liked this soap dispenser but after 6 months its slowly leaking. You cant keep soap in it because it will end up on your counter. At this point I wouldnt recommend.

UPDATED: 01/11/2021The seller sent the replacements immediately after I filed my claim. As I mentioned in my previous post, they were very responsive. I received the replacements in October 2020 and one of them is working fine up to now. I have not opened the other one yet. I've upgraded the review to 5 stars as I'm currently satisfied with the product.UPDATED: 09/27/2020The seller is responsive and offered to replace the 2 defective dispensers. Will update the review of the product once I receive the replacements. The review is for the product. Would rate the seller 5 stars for responsiveness and willingness to work with a customer.UPDATED: 09/24/2020The first stopped working after a little over a month. We were barely using it because no one is here most of the time. I replaced the battery, checked the placement of the battery, nothing happened. The motor won't even turn on. Only the tiny green light turns on.The second one broke about a week ago. Again, we have not been using it that much because we've been closed for several months now. The tiny green light won't even turn on. The motor won't turn on. I replaced the batteries and still, it didn't work.The seller reached out and offered a replacement. We'll see what happens.

So far, it works wonderfully. Sensor is strong and i can adjust how much soap comes out. Hopefully it lasts!

8 months and the pump stopped working. I have got an "one time" full refund from Amazon. It is an exception, good luck with yours.
