Scotch Bonnet- Slightly hotter than habanero and a little more fruity or pepper flavored. Comparable to the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion chili in flavor, but without the intense heat of the scorpion. A very delicious chili pepper and a must for any serious collection of spices.
