Seals rubber components
Been using this grease for 20+ years on everything rubber. O-rings, radiator hoses, etc. Expensive but worth it ten fold in no leaks or call backs (knock wood). Also makes hose removal a breeze when it's time to replace them years later. Always recommend 111.

DC-111 perfect for rubber seals and O rings to insure longevity
This sealant works great on any rubber O ring, seal , or weatherstrip, it keeps it soft and flexible long term. Adding it to dried out rubber seals can also bring back the rubber to restore its flexible condition , smear it on let it sit for a few weeks in the sun, the rubber will come back to life, it works great as a moisture barrier for master cylinders where the tank grommets are pressed into the body of the MC, smear it on the metal inlet bore and then press in the rubber grommet , water will no longer pass, it can prevent corrosion on metal as well smear it on and the metal wont rust. Every tool box should have some of this on hand.

30 years later i needed another one
