Great for ski boots
I got these for my ski boots. I had super feet in my boots for years. They helped center my stance. This year my feet were killing me after one day of skiing. I was getting custom orthotics for regular shoes from my Podiatrist but he said I needed special ones to fit in ski boots. He suggested I get these instead of custom orthotics. They relieved my foot pain 100 percent and my skiing was the same.

Accurate size
Perfect fit for my shoes. I bought them to replace the old insoles that had worn out. Very comfortable, I will say they don’t look like they’ll be comfortable when you take them out of the box but I love them.

Almost exactly what I was hoping for
No idea about durability but initial impressions are great. Did the oven bake, took for a walk and then a run the next day. I’ve also tried the superfeet run insoles which were much too narrow and deep in the heel and offered very little arch support (medium arch). The sole insoles keep the heel in place without causing friction and the arch support is spot on without causing any discomfort. Only slight knock is they weigh exactly 2oz per insole which isn’t exactly light.

Great product but skip the cork
I'd give it a 5 star if I would have bought the plastic bottom material. The cork breaks down faster.

Thin and flexible
If you want a very thin profile and flexible arch support, these are great! I tried both these and the plastic version and these are a bit more flexible which is what I need right now. And I really appreciate the consideration for the environment as well.

Excellent support for Altra shoes that used to hurt
The men's size 10 wide model fit almost perfectly into the wide toe box of Altra running shoes. My Altras are size 9.5 and I barely had to cut any sole. In my last photo, you can see the black lines where I eventually cut some excess cork. I did the heat treatment to help with a quick customization to my foot. The arch support is so much better. I ordered the thinnest sole and I should have gone with a medium thickness to match the original sole. Overall, I'm pleased. However, I've only had these for a day. That being said, I walked a lot these last 24 hours in shoes that used to give me intense pain; instead, walking felt fine. If these relieve my foot pain for good, I'll put these soles in all my footwear. Otherwise, I'll update the review with a poor rating. -December 2024

Support and comfort
Best insoles I've ever used. I've tried both of the insoles made by Sole. The black plastic ones that you heat to form to your foot. The are the second pair for Cork insoles I've bought.I enjoy the ease of fitment. Just cut to the old insole size insert into shoe and go. The Cork will form too your foot as you walk. Still keeping arch support.I'm a senior cook on my feet 6 to 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. I wear safety work boots for the ankle support. With the Cork insoles it gives me a more natural feel of walking without the squishy foams that bunch up, or the gels that tend to roll out from under your foot.I always order after I have my new shoes for a day or two. Then I'll think about how my shoes are fitting. A little snug order the THIN Cork. Fit a little loose order the THICK Cork. Feels like a nice fit, get the REGULAR Cork. The heel cup holds your heel firm. So no heel slide. The arch support I find forms nice to your natural arch. With in a day or two. Relieving foot pain.I will be using these insoles in all my shoes as long as I'm able to buy them. I bought my first 2 pair from the web site. These are my second pair of Cork insoles from SOLE. These are my go to for support and comfort.

Don’t help feet at all
I knew it would be bad once I heated them up and the cork fell off in several spots. For as expensive as they are I would have liked for them to actually work.
