Really great stuff, would recommend
So I had the most painful blind pimple and nothing I was doing seemed to get rid of it. I tried the normal pimple patches and using salicylic acid on it but nothing seemed to penetrate the pimple.I tried these and it made a difference almost overnight. It didn't hurt but as the area was already very swollen it was a little uncomfortable putting the patch on and making sure the darts penetrated where I needed it.The next day it had shrunk dramatically. I treated it again with a salicylic acid gel and that seemed to actually make a difference. I used it again the next night and it was gone within a week whereas usually blind pimples take about a month or so to leave me.This certainly helped speed up the process and I think these dart spots are fantastic. They are easy to use and really stick great. My only gripe is that for the price I wish there were more of them as it's expensive considering you only get 9 in the pack. I think I will stock up on them if they go on sale as I haven't found any other spot treatment that works as well as this does for treating blind spots.

2 patches and cystic acne gone
I have used various microneedle acne patches for a while and found all of them to massively help cystic acne, some better than others, but all helped. These are the best so far, 2 patches and acne stopped in its tracks and cleared up. Usually it takes 3 to 4 patches, so these ones much better value for money. I use one overnight and repeat the following night. Have had success twice. I only use on cystic acne, so dont know how it would work on other types of acne.

Does work
Depending on the acne/spot if it's a new spot then it's nipped in the bud v quickly. I have used it at the first sign of a blemish and it has never erupted into full blown acne/spot

This is my 2nd lot and not as good
I have had a pack of these before and ordered again before I ran out to be safe. This second batch isn’t as good. The first one you could feel the needles pressing in, this lot you can’t and barely any affect. Not sure if I received a dodgy batch or if their production has changed but I’m disappointed

These are kick a$$
OK yeah they are pricey. But dang are they the only ones worth buying. I've tried many kinds, none hold a candle to these. Truly, these are top. I actually like the feeling of the micro needles going in, it really doesn't 'hurt'... more of a uncomfortable feeling but I really like it. It let's me know the patch is digging into the son of a bump and is on guard!- stab to kill. These really drastically decrease even the meanest mount everest sized monster overnight. If at all possiblr keep it on as long as you can. Wash face first dry completely then put it on and even going through the rest of your skin care routine that thing ain't going anywhere. Highly recommend 👌

Work so much better than hydrocolloid patches
It's the microneedles and salicylic acid that make these spot patches so much more effective than hydrocolloid ones. They do feel a little bit painful at first when you put them on, but they stick well and work surprisingly quickly, particularly at reducing inflammation and redness. I use them for small and big blemishes and haven't been disappointed yet.

Doesn’t work at all!
Tried on blind spots hoping it would calm them before they developed… nope. Same as the hydrocolloid-type patches, wouldn’t waste your money.

Good for beginners
A little sore when applying due to the microneedling nature. However, I had quite an inflamed spot on my cheek bone, using these for the night and changing it and using another during the day seemed to really help bring inflammation down and draw out the impurities.
