I needed a secure attachment point for a wrist strap on the bottom of my Insta360 selfie stick, and these D-rings seemed like the right choice. When you're trying to get an action shot, the last thing you want is for your camera to slip from your hand, and this was the perfect solution. The screw fits perfectly into the standard 1/4" thread on both the stick and my Canon R camera, and tightens down securely. The construction feels solid, and the D-ring is a great size for easily clipping a strap on. Nice small screws with a rubber washer but the loop is loose so it rattles about. It's an issue if you have it connected to a camera that is recording video with audio as it will also record the metallic knocking of the loop. The same goes for my Insta360 selfie stick, the sound travels up through the stick to the camera. Not an issue if it is used with a stills camera.

These fit my DSLR and DJI iPhone handheld giving confidence of security that the screw will remain in place well when a suitable strap is fitted to it/them.

Used these to attach to an insta 360 selfie stick. Much better than the ones that came with the insta handle straps - the insta one became unscrewed this one has a much bigger surface area to ensure it grips properly.

Good and useful item. It is a bit robust, viz., heavier and bulky than I expected. Especially when used for my GoPro or even my compact camera. It does, though suit my DSLR. Brian H.
