Great little taser pen, more scary than practical though. Yes, I tested it on my own chest and arm, kinda tickles but it scares the hell outta everyone else. Also, you have to "fire" it BEFORE touching someone, seems not to work if already touching skin.

Pretty compact pen sapper, I still haven't built up the balls to try it on myself. I guess that is just being smart (I knew I had it in me. I recommend to any one wanting to have a little extra piece of mind when walking around.

This item is very unique. I like how it looks like an ink pen. But I haven't used it yet.

The only reason why I'm giving this four stars is the fact the locking mechanism doesn't work all that well. But it does work as a taser I accidentally activated it holding it from the wrong end my wife said I screamed like a girl my vision got blurry and I immediately dropped the pen, that was two and a half weeks ago and my hand still feels funny so if you're wondering if this will take anyone down yeah definitely and I only taszed myself for about a half a second. The self-defense items should always be used on a person's neck apparently that's the best place to get them for the maximum effect. A cop told me that Sophie affected me that much just changing my own Palm I can't imagine what it would do on a person's neck. But I would carry it outside your pocket because it's very easy to slide this locking mechanism it only takes the slightest bit of pressure to release it from its lock

I haven't had to use on anyone thank goodness. I am very happy with the product, flashlights on it work really well. The stungun shock sounds very intimidating and I love that about this product.

I have not had to utilize my pen, but I feel much safer knowing I have it.

The media could not be loaded. As a solo massage therapist, I needed a way to protect myself from creeps.I’ve got a few friends who are police officers and they all gave me the same advice… do NOT use pepper spray in a small room unless you want to spray yourself right along with the creep.. eyes, nose, throat, the whole package. Pew pews are a no go, legally speaking, so a taser is the safest option.One of them recommended a fancy $400 taser which is not in my budget 😬 so I got myself this stun pen instead.Naturally my 18 y/o son was curious if it actually works. So he volunteered as tribute and zapped himself… four times 🙈 each time he'd yelp how much it hurt like it was a surprise 🤦🏻‍♀️ the first three times into his thigh, over jeans, and the last one right in the palm. He said it didn’t paralyze him like he thought it might, but it did feel like being stabbed with a knife. Quite effective 😆Lets just say this little stun pen works really well for a budget friendly option 😆

Its not as small as a pen. But fits well in purse and pocket
