Went out on a limb...wasn't disappointed
I picked up a Delta 12.5 in thickness planer (22-540) that was very beat up. When I disassembled, I found that the Cutterhead pulley was broken. I was unable to find a direct replacement but in my searching, I found a couple of posts that said this pulley might work in its place. It does! This Porter Cable pulley actually worked in a Delta without issue.

Fits Delta 400LS
This product just saved me 300 + $ that I was going to have to spend to replace my old delta planer. It was a sung fit on the shaft but it fit, I just tapped with a rubber mallet until I could put the nut on it and tighten it down.

Original pulley came loose on Delta 12 and 1/2 in planer
This pulley worked as a replacement only it doesn't have the slot for the blade lock, you can either remove the blade lock mechanism or you can mark and drill a hole in the pulley for the blade lock.

This Pulley works Great for the Delta 22-560 Planner
Make sure you get the shaft nice and clean and the "Key" is not damaged before install.Lube the shaft with a small amount of oil and use the "Left Hand Thread" Nut to help install all the way on the shaft.IMPORTANT NOTE !This pulley DOES NOT HAVE the shaft lock detents cut into the pulley for blade install. I cut these into my pulley using a 4mm milling bit on my Harbor Freight Mill. If you use this pulley without the detents, when you remove the safety guard for the cutters = CAUTION the shaft will NOT BE LOCKED.

The great news is the it fit great on my Delta planer. The lower rating is due to the perceived quality. This pulley is far light weight than the original and I wonder how long it will last

Fits Delta too
The pulley for my Delta planer came loose and was ruined. Delta said the part (pulley) was no longer available. On a chance I ordered this one for the Porta Cable. It is not as heavy as the Delta but it works! I have found this to be true for a bunch of other older tools that parts are NLA. Similar items with a different brand name may have used the same parts. This saved me $400 for a new planer.

Replaced an older broken pulley
Happy to find out they're produced to replace my old 22-540 Delta planer's broken pulley. I bought the key and the nut to secure it to the blade roller. Thanks.

Perfect fit for late model Delta planers
Poly went on my Delta planer and parts are discontinued grrrrAfter doing some online research I found a few people mentioning that this pulley would work on late model deltas and it’s a perfect fit save me 1000 bucks for a replacement planer
