I am not on a swim team or anything, but I swim laps for exercise 3-5 times per week. I am 130 lbs 5"6" tall, and I ordered a small. It fits perfectly. I was worried at first that the chest rise was too high to be comfortable during all strokes, but I was wrong about that! It is my favorite swim suit and moving through the water in it is easy. Highly recommend!

Super mom body friendly and family appropriate.. loved it

I love everything about it: especially the fit. It doesn't give me a wedgy, fits my long torso, doesn't camel toe, or roll/ride up my leg, which is really important to me. But the color: it works great for swimming in lakes and rivers. After 2 weeks in the pool however (I swim an hour every weekday morning) it went from royal blue to bleached purple. Such a shame. The black works, so I might just order it again in that color.

Great fit

I like the quality and feel of this swim suit. As a warrior with severe fibromyalgia and neuropathy issues, it’s difficult to wear certain clothing or be out in Mother Nature’s environment. This suit makes me not as vulnerable to the elements. Also to my surprise it helped with my balance. I needed a little help getting it on but only because of my muscle weakness. The design looks modern and my teenage granddaughters now want one. I bought a sun hat separately that mirrored the colors of the suit.

I still really like this swimsuit it just fits a little weird. I think I should have just sized up and all would be okay. Still very cute.

I bought 1...then 2...then 3 of these outfits in different patterns, I do water sports 5 days a week in a conservative setting so they are perfect for water sports and complete modesty, the fit is amazing, there’s tummy control and the quality is great. I can’t recommend this item and higher

For reference : I am 5.3 180lbs my torso is on the longer side.The swimsuit is made quite long, I took my mesurement and a XL would have been the 1st choice according to that. However, it did not make a lot of sense with my preferences on swimsuit (Il like it a little tight when dry so it does not comes baggy in the water) However, the large fits well dry, but a little too long for my preference, so it is a little baggy in the water.I don't have large breasts so the little padding to cover the tip works fine, but it may not work for every one.However the quality for the price is very good and the colours are accurate. The "Boyleg" is long enough so it does not roll up, very comfortable. But I'll ask for an exchange because of the sizing that is off from the chart.
