I purchased a set of these headphones. I believe the sound was better than, the one I received with my phone. I had an issue after using it for one day. It would cut off and I would hear some static. I reached out to explain my problem.I went with the Amazon procedures and replacing my item. Which took less than 5 minutes. I was given a replacement within 3 days. I returned the bad one through a Kohls distributor. I am satisfied with the replacement. I believe the price of $25 is a decent number for the item. I am giving an honest opinion from someone who purchased the headphones. I don't have any issues using it, on my Samsung S20 Ultra 5G.

Sound turns down on its own.
After using these earbuds a few times, they started turning themselves down. It happened once in a while, then they just did it as soon as you turned them up. It didn't matter if you turned them up via the phone or the controller. My guess is the controller is defective.

GO-TO WIRED
These are my go-to wired headphones. The are available with both USB-C and 3.5 mm. The quality is absolutely awesome, I miss when Samsung gave these with the phones. 10/10

OEM replacement for Samsung products. They do everything I need them to do, and at a very attractive price point. Good value.

Works off and on
These are pretty comfortable, sound good enough, and work yet they disconnect from my iPhone frequently and I have to keep unplugging them and plugging them back in to get them to reconnect which is particularly not a good thing when I'm driving and need hands free most (which is why I bought them). I will deal with them for now however not the best solution.
