This project was about what I expected as far as difficulty is concerned. I did have a concern about fitment and contacted the seller. Their prompt response and explanation was awesome, I did need to trim the outside of the foam to fit but it worked perfectly!I'm a pretty handy person but would consider this a very easy project to do and having Springfield Speaker as helpful and responsive as they are, you know you have a solid "phone a friend" if needed.

Fit perfectly. Replacement is simple but takes some patience while the adhesive dries. Much better than buying a whole new woofer. Instructions are clear and useful.

Old rubber around the cone disintegrated over time causing a scratching sound. Worked great, instructions very easy to follow and after about a week of blasting them, glue seems to work well. Only giving a 4 star because it's not a direct fit and like the instructions say, you might have to trim off like a 1/8 inch. But 20 bucks to fix +$90 speakers. Worth it.

Perfect fit from my old pioneer speakers. Hardest part was scraping off all the old residue from the frame then waiting 24 hours to blast music. 😩

This product is great. I'm angry at myself for not knowing it existed. I could have saved a ton of money on blown speakers. Installed on a pair of speakers from the late 80s and they sound better than they did when they were new. Thanks.

The kit worked well, as it being my first time replacing/repairing speakers ever the instructions were well detailed and easy to follow. The kit worked great, shipped fast and came well packaged. Thank you!

Easy to do to fix your speakers, the sizing is a little off which is upsetting for the price I paid but other than that materials given were good.

Item didn't fit,,too small and I guess there's no returns,so I'm stuck with it.
