Provides really good support worth the investment

Of you have planter fasciitis or require arch support go for it. I have PF and it is a big help in daily routine

It’s a good product when new. After some wear it does lose its mojo. Still better than the rest I have tried.

Its not full coverage. So it tends to curl up at the toes. Rest ok.

Not that great for plantar fasciitis especially if you are the one suffering from it. The gel does nothing while the plate offers some base support nothing beyond that as you just have a bit more , say 25% more balance and arch support. Doesn’t justify the price at all.

Seems like it is working

Fits in any and every shoe. I used it once and found proper support provided. Would come back after prolonged use to write about the arch support and comfort level in using the sole for fallen archs.

After buying four or five different brands about t years ago, I bought these and THEY ARE PERFECT!! I used them in my shoes (note: put on right out of bed before standing) and my insane foot pain went away for the first time in months! So now (years later) whenever it twinges, I get them out or, this time, buy a new pair. I always share the link with friends who run and get PF. Gets the job done!!

Amazing!!! I've been battling with a pain under my arch for 3 months,I tried a few other insoles nothing helped, some made the pain worst. I was t very hopeful when I bought this Airplus but to grateful surprise it completely took the pressure off my foot and now I can actually feel the foot starting to heal.

Fits well but does not support well. I need another silicon insole to support which defeats the purpose of this. Guess it does not fit all shoes.

As the owner of 2 bags of shoe inserts, I've finally found this brand was worth a repeat purchase. I have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs caused by too many years of pounding hard surfaces, ladders and uneven terrain in poorly designed, required 'safety shoes' for 40+ years! The Airplus is a 3/4 length fit leaving room for your toes which for me is necessary in steel & composite toed safety boots. I discovered that purchasing the 'mens' insoles give much better side to side coverage and support in my 'womens' boots and shoes! The heel shock absorption is perfect, the arch support is not too imposing, and have proved durable after 6 months on my original pair that are still going strong. I got the 2nd pair of Airplus to switch out and may get a 3rd, out of caution of them ever going away. BTW I put my shoes on a boot dryer after every shift and I do hand wash the insoles every so often. So far, so good.

I didn't trust them, and I looked at the comments now I can say that it's true sciatic nerve with flat feet in less than a week I have noticed the difference!
