I love to eat salads since they are an easy way to beat a hungry appetite with less calories. But, a great low calorie salad can be ruined by putting a high calorie dressing on it.For example; Kraft Honey Dijon Dressing has149 calories in 2 ounces of dressing. Skinny Girl Honey Dijon Dressing has 10 calories for the same 2 ounce measure. That’s 40 calories if you pour the whole bottle on your salad! The taste of the Skinny Girl dressing is comparable to the Kraft low calorie dressing, so it’s not exactly an exact duplication of the regular dressing. However, as low calorie dressing goes, Skinny Girl has one of the best tastes, in my opinion.In my opinion, if you eat a lot of salad, stocking up on the Skinny Girl using the subscribe and save option at Amazon is the way to go. I love the Honey Mustard, the Poppyseed, and the Ranch. I also have the raspberry Vinaigrette, but I’m not a fan of vinaigrette dressings, so I don’t use a lot of it.

This product is really tasty for a salad. It has much more elegance and flavor complexity than say Kraft or Hidden Valley. Each bottle is enough dressing for 3-4 large salads.

This tastes great and is very low calorie and low sugar. I wish I had heard of this when I was trying to lose weight -- but this helps me maintain and makes salad eating an actual health food. We were spending too much on Skinny Girl by buying it at the store, however. These 12 packs bring the cost in line. I bought 3 of the flavors and can now use this without running up a huge grocery bill.

A physical trainer at work started a nutrition program and recommended this line of dressings as they are fat-free and sugar-free (and VERY low calorie). I tried the raspberry vinaigrette (I DID NOT LIKE IT AT ALL) and then tried the poppyseed. It's soooooo good! It does have the "diet-y" flavor, but it's to be expected. Overall, it is a nice complement to my salad (romaine, chicken, nuts, and fruit--mandarins, strawberries, etc.). It's a light dressing and a little goes a long way...but if you use more than the stated 2 TBS serving, who cares? It has so few calories--go for it! Love the dressing--I wish they'd make a creamy Caesar! :)

The BEST salad dressing. I love salads, but the dressing I typically used were thicker (chipotle ranch is my fav). I started a weight loss journey for my wedding. Using WW, it felt like I was wasting points one the dressing so I started searching for healthier alternatives that still seemed similar to the ranch/French family. THIS IS IT!!! 0 points on WW and SO good. I even brought one of my dressings to my parents and sisters to try because I love it that much. It is SO worth the purchase. Buy it NOW! My new favorite.

I'm on a weight loss journey and this is by far the best fat free /sugar free dressing on the market.Poppy seed is tangy and full bodied. Doesnt have that synthetic gel-like aftertaste you typically find in these types of dressings.0 points in WW so you can enjoy the dressing without having to measure.Ive seen past reviews about messy packaging for delivery, but they seem to have corrected the issue. Mine came with cardboard dividers between each bottle so everything was secure and not damaged.Excellent on a Cobb salad. I add sliced almonds, it's delish.Was so excited to se the price here on Amazon it's as affordable as Walmarts price for this item. Delivered w Prime so it's a win win . Yay!!

I'm trying to loose weight and eat more salads, this is a good dressing for low calorie meals.
