VERY POTENT!!
Hello everyone. I’ve taken the recommended dose, (3 capsules). Although the pain in my knees subsided within a hour (and I remained pain free for two days), 12 hours later, I started vomiting and had a bad case of diarrhea for 6 hours and couldn’t eat for a day and a half. So, I decided to give it another try a week later. As of now, I’m only take one a day. The pain still subside within a hour. However, the pain comes back quite quickly. Also please be mindful if you have GERD.

I like this Carlyle turmeric brand. It is a good price for the amount you get and has definitely helped me with inflammation everytime I take it. It helps me with headaches, so I prefer to take this over toxic medication like a Tylenol.

No taste it’s 1 million times better than measuring
Enjoying the capsule, no taste I was using the turmeric powder in my coffee which ruined the flavour of the coffee. Now I popped the Turmac this is the way of the world. I’ve been using the powder form and the capsules 1 million times better with the proper dose. Very happy with purchase and cinnamon with water. No loss of flavour to my coffee.
