My husband was struggling with sleeping through the night a few months ago, but with one of these pills he is able to sleep all night without waking up for long periods. We are very pleased with this product.

Have tried dozens of products over many years, this one has totally helped me to fall asleep without any prescription or OTC sleep aids. The OTC and prescription meds contain such dangerous ingredients I really wanted to find something natural. Dr. Mercolas sleep aid has the perfect combination of natural ingredients for me. So thankful to have found this product?. It did take a few nights to get use to not taking the other stuff, but after that it's been wonderful!

I've used and trusted Mercola for many years, and more recently have been using "Sleep Support". The ingredients are real, and most always seems to contribute to my ability to rest at night, including when I wake up early and need to get back to sleep. I would allow at least 30-45 minutes for the two doses/pills I take to kick-in, and you do not really need more than two in my experience. I normally order directly from Mercola, although they were temporarily out, and fortunately, Amazon had in stock and was competitively priced. Thanks again Mercola and Amazon!!

This does not help me as much as takin melatonin by itself. I won’t purchase this again. I’m sure it works for some.

Tried everything and finally found good sleep with this melatonin

I wake up less often during the night.

I have trouble sleeping for more than two hours at a time. I hoped that this would help to extend that. It didn't.
