seems very well made BUT a disappointment as is barely 9 inches to drawstring and end to end "top to bottom" at most 10 1/2

I was very happy with the quality of these fun bags. The wave was nice and close together and the strands were more uniformed than most. The lining on the inside was a welcomed surprise.

What you receive is not what is pictured in the listing (see photos)The listing promises high quality, tightly woven burlap bags that are lined. So I got excited thinking I would buy these to use as Christmas packaging for my clients. What I received, was the cheapest quality burlap bags. They were not fit to send out to my clients. The bags were nothing that was pictured. They were not tightly woven, nor were they lined ( see pictures). You can see my fingers right through the bags. These bags are poorly sewn and rough, plus they shed. Even the drawstring was cheap. If you look at the pictures on the seller’s listing, the drawstring is a light coloured cord. What I received was anything but that! Take a look at the sewing, it’s horrible! Again look at my photos and compare!This is total DECEPTION and is unacceptable. I contacted the seller to return. Seller approved the return. I sent the product back but I had to pay return shipping of $17.31. Mind you, I also paid for the product to be shipped to me. So that was a total cost of $28.00. I contacted the seller again after I shipped back the product. I asked for a refund of shipping costs both ways since they knowingly sent a product that was totally different from what they had promised. Seller replied with a “thank you”…. nothing else…. just those two words.Now get this: As soon as the seller received the bags , seller accused me of taking 4 bags ( in other words they only received 21 bags) and demanded that I return the 4 bags before getting my money back. Are they crazy or what?? Seller has to understand that nobody wants their cheap burlap bags!! Steal those cheap bags for what?? Secondly, seller also said that they would not be paying any shipping costs. I let seller have a piece of my mind and contacted Amazon. In the end,I received a full refund plus shipping costs both ways. BUT only because Amazon stepped in to help. Thanks Amazon!Bottom Line: BUYER BEWARE!! It looks like this seller is resorting to switcheroos hoping people won’t notice. I am not sure what happened to the seller’s original burlap bags, nor do I care. If your listing says one thing, what I receive, better be that thing. Also when caught in a scam, a seller should never try to accuse the buyer of wrong doing. Please stay away from this seller and her products because it’s not worth the headache!
