Where are the pads made?

I have used them for years. They are very saturated and the pad is very smooth; does not pill or lint. I use the pad to remove all make-up, not just eye. The package does not specify what the pad itself is made of. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer if this is important to you.

I know it says we can’t return but could I get a replacement? My items showed up damaged and leaking.
