We got this to help out puppy with teething, but didn't feel that it was a good fit for our situation. This toy is extremely hard which is good but our puppy is an aggressive chewer and I worried about him breaking teeth or hurting himself.this can be used here and there when you really need a go to for teething, but not something that should be used daily

I know it’s normal for the small pieces to come off and it’s supposed to be okay if the dog swallows some of it (apparently, that’s what I read). But for me personally I am not comfortable with that or willing to risk it. My puppy is a small maltipom. He started getting pieces off with no problem when he was just 7 pounds. Can’t imagine a puppy breed with a stronger jaw to have this last.The only thing that I do think is great about this is that it’s the ONLY toy my puppy will gnaw on for longer than a minute. I tried other Nylabones but he has no interest in them. They were either too hard for him, or the moderate ones he didn’t care for the texture. He doesn’t like the flexi’s either. I am going to try a moderate chewer version of the dark blue bone that also has the circles on it. I guess this is good for super young puppies though.

My little pup LOVES this teething bone. He'll go for it before any of his other toys or teething toys.

My puppy loved it. But after a few weeks she started biting bits off so had to throw it away.

This is a wonderful teething and play bone for pup.We have two Yorkies and it is the perfect size.

My yorkie puppy loves it and she is teething. Great for her. As for an older dog, it will tear up. My maltese likes it but he can tear the little bumps off.

This is a belated review. My pup was approaching 4mon when I purchased this product. She's a Chimix, was teething and this soothed & distracted her by a great deal, she loved the taste and texture, it became her new favorite once package was opened. The only problem, which might be hers, was that she thought this was edible and swallowed all the little blue chunks, which I found later in her diarrhea and vomit. Maybe check to see if your pet has a sensitive stomach before purchasing?This goes pretty fast too, half of it was gone within one day.

Puppy a bit slow to start chewing this but when encouraged she chews it well.

This was a favourite for my dog! She loves it!

Bought this for our new puppy and she loved it. Unfortunately it got lost so we had to buy a new one! We found the old one and now she has 2! - one for her bed and one to carry around the house!
