Stork Craft is a joke
I read all the bad reviews and decided that it wasn't a big deal. I am really not a complainer, so i figured this wouldn't apply to me. Boy were we wrong. My husband (who is really good at putting things together, i'm not just saying this) could not put this crib together because the two ends were alligned wrong. so he had to put a claim in with stork craft to get a one of the parts that the allignment was wrong with. They then after a week DENIED the claim. We had to take video and walk them thru what was wrong. They finally approved the order. When the crib arrived, it was more then 4 weeks later when we finally had everything we needed to put it together when the new part arrived. Was not very happy. Customer service was a joke and near impossible to get good help from. They need better quality control or something...because you could tell they had lots of claims on their bad products.

Good crib!
We have the crib in white. All of the were in the box, intact, and damage-free. (That's the first thing we checked after reading other reviews.) It took my husband and I several hours to put the crib together. It wasn't impossible or overly difficult, just time consuming. All of the holes were drilled correctly and lined up just fine. We did have to take tweezers to dig out stray pieces of loose wood inside of a couple pre-drilled holes. The crib seems sturdy. The mattress support is a thin piece of wood, but it seems sturdy enough as the weight and pressure will distribute more evenly when the mattress is on top. I think this crib looks nicer than other cribs in this price range, and the quality seems fine for the price. My only complaint is the drawer. The drawer is pretty flimsy. We plan to use it for lightweight items that we don't need to access often. I don't think this drawer would hold up with much weight or if opened/closed frequently. Will edit this post if anything changes are using it for awhile!

Fine for a crib, but not a toddler bed.
This crib looks great in my baby boy's nursery! I love the drawer at the bottom to store linens and blankets. There were a couple of nicks on the wood, but nothing major. Also, a piece was missing that is used to install the drawer but I contacted Stork craft and they sent it to me within a week.Update: 2.5+ yrs later I am trying to convert this crib to a toddler bed. Which is impossible because the screws do NOT fit all the way through to the board that is supposed to be the (joke) "rail" that was included. So now I have this bed that I can't really do anything with because the rail doesn't stay in place. Also it's a bit tall so unless you have quite a tall toddler they may have difficulty getting in and out of this. The drawer will not stay on the track now that the front rails from the crib were removed either. Very disappointed. I thought I was investing in something my child could grow up with. Now I'm searching for a new toddler bed.

Nice Crib, matches other pieces, missing parts
My wife and I ordered this Stork Craft crib (cherry) to match the Aspen combo dresser and 5-drawer dresser that we ordered. The item, while saying it was in-stock, was actually back-ordered. The piece eventually came, and looks good and matches the set. The biggest issue was when I noticed that some of the screws/washers/bolts were missing from the parts list. I contacted Stork Craft, which is based out of Canada (only available from like 7:00-3:00 PST, Mon-Fri). After spending 30 minutes telling the representative the parts I was missing, she then asked who the manufacturer was of my crib, and where I bought it. This sounds easy, however, caused quite a bit of confusion. I mentioned that I bought it on Amazon, and I thought from Stork Craft... which seemed to stump her. She then asked which country the crib was purchased from and which country the crib was manufactured in, which I had no clue (and she didn't either). I was told to go home and look for a sticker on the crib, which would indicate where it was made (apparently the cribs are manufactured outside of North America, and in multiple different regions). Tricky part was that the crib didn't have a sticker, the instruction booklet had diagrams that didn't match the parts or crib pieces correctly, and the parts representative at this point told me to just send them an email and they would send me the parts within 10-14 business days. Later...the parts have never arrived, but I was able to get what I needed from Lowe's and put the crib together. Once assembled, it matches the Aspen collection and is quite a nice crib.

I love this crib
I love this crib! Though when I ordered it, I was sure there was a guard rail for the toddler conversion. There was not. :( but my son used it and now my daughter is using it.

Great crib but missing parts
We love this crib. We ordered it in black and it is very strong and well made. Our shipment was missing the front board for the drawer. Everything else was there and labeled appropriately. We put it all together and realized we were missing the one part so not sure how to receive the missing board without having to return the whole thing or get a whole crib shipped to us. We would like just the board shipped to us.

Gift
Bought for my daughter who is expecting in March. She picked out three cribs previously & all were discontinued. Love the trundle that comes with it. Unlike other convertibles --this comes with the parts for conversion later
