Mic Mute Button did not work at all.Horrible mic sound quality with MS Teams on PC. I used it with the Bluetooth built into my trip model laptop which is quite new.Sound quality with a cell phone was reportedly very good.Returned it. Bought something else that costs more money but is certified with MS teams.

Working from home more days, I needed a headset for all the video meetings and longer conference calls. I looked at a few, but settled on this one -value for the money being the deciding factor.This headset was easy to pair with my computer and phone - as it does support 2 devices.I've even taken walks and used the headset on a phone call - and unlike my iPhone ear-bud/microphone - there was no interference from wind noticed by the other caller.I recommended this to others in my office - and all have been pleased with it.

I purchased 5 different brands of headsets to see which one had the best quality of sound and comfort. The earpiece on this headset was very comfortable. And the quality of the microphone was pretty good. But in a side-by-side comparisson with the "Mpow M5 Pro Bluetooth Headset V5.0" (for about $10 less), the Mpow sounded slightly better (earpiece and microphone) than this headset. For a best headset in the $175-$200 range (comfortable, light weight, great sound quality) consider getting the "Global Teck Bundle of Jabra Evolve 65 Bluetooth Mono MS Headset"

I purchased a couple for office use with VoIP system.On positive side:+ I love the charging magnetic base. It's simply great for office setup, no doubt about it.+ It's comfortable.+ In my opinion the battery lasts a long time but then again, the base on desk means it's often on charger anyway so haven't stressed it much.On negative side:- When connected to computer it seems I can't hang up by pressing designated button. No fun.- The range is most definitely exaggerated. No, it doesn't stay connected at 98 feet by any means. It's more like 45-50 feet on a good day.- Here's the real pickle... I bought 2. One is still fine, but on the other one the sound went dead after a month. It's connected, I can pause/play music and control volume with its buttons and person on other line can hear me speaking but I can't hear anything, no sound. I'd like to hear back from seller on this.Other than the sound issue, I'd give it 4 stars and buy 2 more for the office but I can't risk them becoming obsolete so rapidly. Give me 18 months, at least!Update ... seller sent replacement which has been working great for weeks now so increased to satisfactory rating.

Best headset I've ever used.

This is a very comfortable headset, and it seems well designed. It unfortunately fell short outside of asthetics. The audio quality is terrible! Most people cannot hear me in video meetings. My $20 bluetooth earpiece works better. It also tends to drop connection frequently. Finally the mute button.... I really wanted a hardware mute button, but it does not appear to work. I'm not sure if it is defective, or it's a software issue. Either way this thing is way to much work out of the box to be useful.

The instructions were very clear and precise. It was easy to pair the headset with my laptop.
