Leaving four out of five because these are very thick and may lift your heel up too much in the shoe. For me the heel of my shoes rubs now because my foot is sitting up too high. They are, however, very comfortable and also supportive, where a lot of supportive insoles are stiff these are not. I would just suggest maybe going up a half shoe size if you plan on using these.

The insoles are very well made and are true to size. They fit very well in my lace up shoes. The arch support is great and they are oh so comfortable. They improve my walk by helping shift my weight from the inside of my foot to the outside. This helps keep me from rolling my foot/ankle inward when I walk. Basically, I have better alignment.

Item arrived quickly and is as described. I've only used them for 1 day so far, and I love them! Not only is the support great, but I swear my lower back feels better today too! Decreased foot AND back pain. Whoo hooo!!

I suffer from over pronation of my ankles. This isn't due to pregnancy or being overweight, it's just how my ankles are.I bought this and it relieved my plantar fascia of tension, but another part of my foot began to suffer instead. The way this adjusted my feet put more pressure on the bones of my outer foot and it becomes sore when I stand for some time. I wonder if this would have been better for me if the outer edge of the insoles were softer. But anyway, it does what it claims to do, but my body just found a new spot to get sore over.

Love the inserts, deep heel cup, perfect arch support! only wish they had this in a size up ( length wise. Have high arches and heel pain aka plantar fasciitis. Fits snugly in a Womens Merrell 9.5 trail running shoe except about 1/2 inch short. keeping them and cut another insert to fill the void.

My heels used to be in extreme pain after walking for a few hours. I put these insoles in my sneakers, and I have zero pain! My feet may throb from walking, but no more heel/arch pain. I can hardly tell they are in my shoes. I wish someone made sandals with these as the sole.

I am very satisfied with these inserts. I wear a 7 ½ shoe and I ordered the 7 ½ insert. It fit perfectly. I did not have to trim it at all. They have definitely helped my heel pain and I plan to order more.

If you have wide shoes these won’t work. They did help with my Lower back pain but due to how thick these are they made my feet slip up and out of my shoes a few times. I have it 4 stars because it DID help with the pain, just didn’t fit my shoes too well.
