Was cool - til it rained and the fingerprint sensor stopped working
UPDATED:We used this lock for a few months, and it worked pretty well. Yesterday, we had our first MAJOR storm since I bought it, and it rained ***buckets***.First thing: In the rain, the raindrops activate the keypad making it hard to get in. I had to go get a fob to get in the house. The fingerprint sensor never worked if my hands were wet, like when I was gardening and washed my hands off in the hose. And yesterday, in the rainstorm, it didn't work to let me in, which sucks, because I was trying to get in the house out of the rain and was getting soaked!!Second thing: Since the rainstorm (it is now dry), the fingerprint sensor no longer works. At all. I have to use the number pad or a fob to get in now.OLD REVIEW:Relatively easy to install and configure. I checked out the app, but decided not to use it because it needed permission to access all my files and my camera and all that on the phone, and I didn't want to give access to that. Not sure why the app would need all those dang permissions anyway. The doorknob itself works perfectly fine. The fingerprint scanner takes a few tries sometimes, and it helps to scan your finger in different positions as different fingerprints. All in all, it seems like a perfectly good electronic door knob.it would be nice if they had one that looked a little more traditional like in brass.

Easy to install, keyless, remotely unlock, wireless
We live on the top floor of a 3 story building by the sidewalk without a doorman. It was a mess every time we had packages delivery or visitors, we needed to ”roll” down to open the door. We ordered another one from other brand and they pretty much the same price which was hug and needs electricity connection, so we returned it. I like this one because it's easy to install, pretty straight forward just simply follow the instruction. It’s AA battery powering so don't need to worry about connection stuff. It can be unlocked by fingerprint, password, or the APP, now I don't worry about the packages come even though I was out. (I have a camera ring) If you are a ”key amnesia patient” like me, you will love it. Furthermore, it looks cool, I choose the all black one it looks really nice. Perfectly problem solving product, will get one more for my mom’s house.

Complete waste of money...
I have so many issues with this knob. Before getting into it. I have used many touch pad style knobs from companies more reputable with no issue for many years. I decided to give this one a shot and completely regret it.Installation - knob only comes with one back plate spacing. I of course needed the other dimensioned plate. The company was quick to send one out, but still, many knob companies include both 2 1/8" and 2 3/4" standard.Touch pad - The top thumbprint pad failed after 3 months of use. I emailed the company and they decided to not respond with any warranty or replacement options. Must be too busy responding to everyone else who are locked out of their homes.Batteries - This thing eat batteries. I use Energizer Max double A's and I have been replacing batteries about every 3 weeks with pretty limited use of the knob. Additionally, when batteries are cold their case expands ever so slightly. With this battery phenomena it makes it very difficult to pull the batteries out of the inner case. I now use a small screw driver to pry the battery out and it almost does not work, all while tearing up the battery casing. When I put more room temperature batteries back in, they slide in no issue. So I am assuming this is related to temperature. But the knob battery holder clearly is not accounted for using this on an exterior entry door.Main Touch panel - Now the main touch panel is acting up. Some days the main panel will not light up and I then need to use another (keyed) door to get in. What a pain and so annoying.BlueTooth - The bluetooth option with their app is a joke. It never worked and I uninstalled it immediately. All around this knob has not been fully vetted. The technology is all for nothing and the amount of time it lasted really makes me wish I did not buy this. What a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and select a brand that has a bit more experience in touch pad technology, or maybe a push button numeric type. Or even better get a knob that uses a key, that is what I will be going back to.

great quality design and price
The quality of this door lock far exceeded my expectations and I am very tough to please. I know quality and value when I see it. I bought the all black doorknob and it goes well with my modern house. During installation, I had to call tech support to ask a question. The phone was answered by the third ring, and better yet, I wasn’t even put on hold. I was helped immediately and fast. I love it so much I bought another one for my elderly mother. Now she can quickly get into the house from the garage without the need to dig through her purse for keys. So, my thought process goes like this…., for the quality and design of this door lock with all its features, plus the great customer support I got, I feel it would have been a deal at twice the price. It probably sounds like I work for the company, I DO NOT!! I just really love the lock and feel that they deserve the praise for it.
