Much smaller than expected
It would be nice to have a photo where you can see the item next to common items for the sense of the size and scale of how tiny the item really is. This is like the size of a stapler, I guess it'll be a paperweight on my desk. Lol

No Engraving
I needed a trophy for a basketball tournament and I followed the correct steps to add the engraving (which is a weird and long process). When the trophy arrived there was no engraving which is really frustrating since I needed it on a specific date. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
