Where made to measure is too expensive or inaccessible I think these make a great alternative. I feel well supported, they are incredibly comfortable as they mould to your body rather than gaping in some places and pinching in others like other compression. I am a uk size 8-10 on bottom and order an XS. They seem tight at first but that’s the same with all compression. I even wore these post surgery

A: I’m a size 18-20 and ordered XL and they were much too small and sent them back . I would think you would be comfortable with3XL but you can send them back if they don’t fit so it’s risk free.

Love them it too me a few minutes to learn how to adjust them but they are so comfortable. Great for winter autumn and spring . I would definitely order again. So my only wish now is to have a slightly thinner material for summer but it’s not a criticism . Thank you for a speedy delivery and good packaging
