Why won’t my Polar H9 pair with my device?

If you're experiencing pairing issues, ensure you have fastened the strap around your chest and connector is attached. Check Bluetooth is ON. Open Polar Flow app, go to Training > menu icon, find your sensor, and tap Pair.

How can I fix inaccurate heart rate readings?

Make sure the sensor is securely attached, and check for tightness or skin irritation. Recalibrate if necessary, and avoid extreme conditions like cold weather.

Can I pair Polar H9 with multiple devices?

No, Polar H9 can only connect to one device at a time. If you're having trouble pairing, disconnect from other devices before pairing with the desired one.

Why is my Polar H9 not syncing with the Polar app?

Make sure Bluetooth is active, the app is updated, and the sensor is within range. Restart the app and sensor if syncing issues persist.

Is the Polar H9 comfortable to wear during workouts?

The Polar H9 strap should fit snugly but not too tight. If you experience discomfort, adjust the strap or try a different size. Avoid wearing it too tight to prevent chafing.
