This arrived for my sons birthday and he loves it. The main problem that we had was that the front of the base was cracked. It didn’t effect the function of it, but it was a shame that it was broken. My husband semi-fixed it. The light itself is bright and changes colour frequently which my kid thinks is great, but it means that we can’t use it as a night light, it keeps him too excited.

The base came cracked and damaged. Disappointed little boy.

I got this for my boyfriend as our anniversary is coming up on the 14th (July) and it came today. I was so excited. Until I saw the dirty white sleeve that covered the black box. I thought to myself “okay. You don’t need to include the white sleeve.” Until! Until I saw the BOX. THE BOX was trashed. And dirty. And literally looked like it’s been through a fair few people before it got to me! I was and still currently am fuming. Then I checked the BLUE AND WHITE box the led holder comes in. To my amazement the bottom and sides are scuffed. And I dreaded to look at the small glass ball. For it to have black paint smudged. Literally. I am fuming. I am mad. I am embarrassed to hand this to my boyfriend for our anniversary. I will include photos. And I am going to contact someone else too about this. This is wrong.

I'm quite dissatisfied with the product because it arrived incomplete! The light fixture was not attached to the stand and i had to fix the entire thing as the bottom of the stand had come off completely.

The base was cracked as shown in photo and i hought this for a birthday presentfor someone so am not able to send it back in time for a replacement.
