Wonderful green chili salsa.

The taste of New Mexico already brewed into a delicious salsa. No need to peel or roast any chile, its already in a the perfect concoction. It goes great in taco's, quesadillas, or simply on its own with some nice tortilla chips. I even used the salsa by itself on a corn tortilla when I didn't feel like frying up a corn torilla to make a quesadilla. Honestly if you like salsa and you like green chile, look no further than Zia Green Chile Co's Hatch Green Chile Salsa. The Hot is amazing and I look forward to trying the red. Thank you.

I have been a fan of Zia’s for quite some time and had always hoped they’d do a salsa. I was THRILLED to see it available on Amazon and you guys? Perfect. Perfect amount of heat, well balanced, absolutely delicious! I made breakfast tacos with it this morning and have also been eating it with chips, and if you blended it with cheese sauce it would be divine too! Can’t recommend this enough, do yourself a favor and get a jar!!!

Having lived in New Mexico for over a decade & then, moving back East, the search for authentic NM Hatch Green Chile salsa began. I am happy to report the search is over. This salsa is so reminiscent of those presented & served in traditional New Mexican recipes. Multi-layered flavors & the medium heat is ample. A most fine product.

Sad that I can't use this in the condition it arrived. Product leaked all over packaging and not safe to eat opened product. Even worse is that it is not returnable, so I am just out the money with no recourse. Won't reorder sadly as was looking forward to trying it.

I love Hatch chiles. Whole Foods now carries this product both in hot and mild. The hot is a bit too hot for me, but the mild is perfect. Cube and brown some pork tenderloin or shoulder, toss into the slow cooker with Zia hatch chile, some onions and veggies, set it for 4 hours. Fantastic.

I guess, I mean it's delicious and all and authentic New Mexico flavors, but I don't know if it's any better than any other readily available green salsa from a major supermarket chain. I probably couldn't tell the difference between this and Newman's in a blindfold test.
