arrived in 5 boxes undamaged and it made it easier to manage. The rack had extra screws and bolts. The assembly only took a few hours with only me putting it together. The power strips (2)that are rack mountable only have outlets on one side and to use them requires that the outlet side has to be facing the inside of the rack. The unit works perfectly and the fans on top keep the system cooler then expected for an enclosed system. The installation guide was brief and picture based which made some of the install a guessing game and a few times, I had to uninstall and reinstall a piece. It also came with a few extra pieces that were not in the installation guide including something that looks like a full sized shelf {?} but doesn't install as a shelf. I would highly recommend this Rack and this manufacturer to anyone that asks.

I got the 42u model. This thing is sick! At first, i thought it was a little too big. The more i looked at it realized it was perfect. 1 thousand isn’t cheap but its worth it in my opinion. Metal construction is great, i didnt receive any damaged pieces or materials. Instructions were decent, not the best. I suggest watching a YouTube video and use instructions. Functionally, its great no issues with any electrical components. I definitely recommend. This may or may not happen to you. The rack comes in 5 boxes. I recieved 4 at first. I thought they they didnt send one or fedex forgot to drop the 5th one. The last box came in a second truck an hour later. The 42u is like 8ft. If thats too tall for you, consider 37u or less. Also its not pre built. You have to build it. Be patient its worth it.

We purchased this item almost exactly one year ago - around Thanksgiving in 2023. Our project got delayed and the item stayed packed in storage for almost a year. When we started unpacking and installing the components I noticed that one of the boxes it came in which contained the back and front doors was missing from the overall package. There were supposed to be 5 total packages and only 4 were present. I contacted the seller and they promptly replied and shipped the missing package - that is almost a year after the original purchase of the product! As far as installation, it did take a couple of hours, but it was generally straightforward. There were no electrical connections to be wired within the cabinet itself. Fans and display were already wired. The product itself is very sturdy, has an appealing look and is able to house a ton of equipment! A solid product!

It promptly shipped. Looked simple enough to put together.. A couple pieces came bent as shown above but didn't prevent me from building it.. The instructions ARE AWFUL and good at the same time.. Flipping through, you think this is going to take like 40 minutes to put together... 3 hours later.. You are looking like WTF... BECAUSE, 1 they don't tell you that the fan controller and power cord (thats included) needs to be hooked up... So if you put the top on.. you have to take it off.... It also doesn't tell you where to plug fan controller or power into.. Had to take a wild guess.. So hopefully this picture above helps someone.. Oh, and the reason why you would miss not plugging this in is if you follow the instructions, you would think that it would include it, but the top goes on in like step 2 or 3... Also, its hard to judge without the door on, but the default positions for the vertical rack rails where you mount your equipment to is too far forward for my personal liking.. You can't really gage where everything will be.. So now you have to take it half way apart again and So on for the back. Granted this in the instructions as well.. Just very poorly detailed... Over all, not bad.. Just glad its built..

Nice server rack took us about 3 hours but we weren't in a hurry

Looks great, sturdy, lots of features. Directions are slightly vague but you should be able to figure it out. Takes a while to assemble takes longer to get out of the shipping boxes. My only complaint is the decal on the glass was not put on straight.

This was slightly challenging to assemble but once it’s up it’s an amazing server rack. It looks good, the panels and doors on front and back keep everything accessible, and it generally stays pretty cool with the included fans. They also include a ton of nuts and screws for mounting equipment; I have hardly needed the hardware included with the equipment I’ve mounted so far.

Started with a u27 had to upgrade to the u42 server cabinet. All I have to say is wow order March 20 received March 24 and the packaging was well done. As for the quality of the server cabinet once again not disappointed.
