OMG! This tea not only has a nice flavor, but it will clean you out GOOD! I make two cups (with the same tea bag) and drink it down before retiring for bed. But this is definitely a detox tea and will have you going for the better part of the day. So, if you have a shy butt, DON'T use this on days you have to work OR stay close to a bathroom. Especially when you first start using it. I use it twice a week. It doesn't make me cramp. I think for your first use, you may want to drink on cup and see how it works you first and then if not enough movement, next time drink two cups. This is good stuff ya'll! And it has amazing healing properties.

This tea is not only healthy cleanse product, but it also helps with constipation after a surgery. My friend had shoulder surgery and was taking pain meds. She was having trouble with constipation, and was trying everything she could think of to help, but nothing was working and she was getting concerned. I gave her some Zija Premium Tea packets and told her to drink a cup of hot tea that night, and one in the morning but I warned her to stay close to the bathroom. She called me the next afternoon, and let me know that the tea worked great! I had the same experience and results after my knee surgery. This is an excellent product.

A good natural way to exfoliate the bowls. First time users stick to one tea bag every three days and build yourself up to the effects.If you have seen Dumb and Dumber, the bathroom scene, ya it's like that the first few times and then you get use to it, Very funny, some mild belly ache until it happens, oh Ya and it sounds like there's a whale moaning in your gut too, kinda like an empty stomach.

This is the best type of cleansing tea that I've tried to date. I've sampled some other skinny teas and diet teas but this has been the most effective one I've tried thus far. This product is not kidding around when it does say it will cleanse you and will definitely require one if not more trips to the restroom at least eight hours after use. Therefore this tea is best to take at night. I do also enjoy the flavor of it and it is nice and relaxing to sip on before bed. The price point on this team did seem high to me at first but I went ahead and splurged on it and I can say it is worth the money.

I have occasional digestion issues, and someone recommended this tea to me. This is literally the only thing that has worked for me so far. I do agree with the other reviews that you need to allow yourself some extra time in the morning, but it's totally worth it. I'm not really a big tea drinker, but the taste is very light, and it's perfect for drinking right before bed. It does cause me occasional cramps, but the feeling I have afterward is worth it. Even if you're not trying the whole zija diet this tea is perfect just to have around the house if you need it. I've recommended it to everyone I know who starts to feel a little irregular. This is the second time I've purchased it, and it's definitely worth the price!!

Want to drink a really good tasting tea that will force you to live in your bathroom? How about feeling like you were repeated hit by a dozen clowns with baseball bats? If so, drink this tea. Want to have gas so bad you could be convicted of war crimes? Drink this tea. Have a "mandatory" gift exchange and you hate the particular person you have to give the gift too? Give them this tea. It gave me HORRIBLE cramps. The maximum amount of gas X is needed with this product and I suggest NOT LEAVING YOUR HOUSE for 12 hours. I tried this product 7 times thinking that perhaps it would get better with use...no. No it never did. Maybe I'm allergic to it....but stick with over the counter stuff. There is nothing gentle about this product.

I am on my third box of this tea. If you can handle the extra time in the morning that you will be in the bathroom you will feel amazing. It helps me sleep really well at night too. I think it tastes great. Not sure how good it is for you to do this as an everyday routine but I usually drink it every other day or every third and it doesnt seem to bother me. I have heard that some people handle the better than others. I guess it just works for me. I will order it again.

This tea is awesome! I let a bag steep for 10 min. and drink before bed. It’s works.....REALLY well. It alleviates bloating and I’ve lost several pounds since using it every other day. I’m a gluten free, Vegetarian, so I eat healthy anyway, but this tea definitely does the job and I’ve recommended it to all my friends!
